Retail Marijuana Business License Applications
Medical Marijuana Business Owner* ($250.00 of the fee will be sent to the

*Under current statute, only owners of currently operating Medical Marijuana businesses are
allowed to apply for a Retail Marijuana Business License prior to July 1, 2014.

**The licensing fee for Retail Marijuana Store Business License is determined by the type of
Medical Marijuana Center Business License the owner holds.
