Critics have seen the painting as
anticipating the invention of the camera
because it captures a precise moment in
time and space. The figures, who are

HOW TO PLAY THE HAPPY FAMILIES CARD GAME
OUR Happy Families card game is composed by a specially made set of picture cards, featuring
illustrations/photographs with a little written explanation of fictional families of FIVE, based on EIGHT
topics. This game can be played by children of all ages.
The topics are:
1. Arts
2. Monuments
3. Parks
4. Museums
5. Personalities
6. Celebrations
7. Gastronomy
8. Coat of Arms
The object of the game is to collect a complete family, a group of five cards.
The player whose turn it is asks another player for a specific card from the same family as a card that the
player already has. You get your card from your opponent by simply asking them to "Give me your
Gastronomy Number Five Card”, for instance. In order to ask for the cards, you must already hold at
least one.
If the asked player has the card, he gives it to the requester and the requester can then ask for any player
for another card. If you ask and get some cards, then you repeat your turn.
When you get a set of FIVE, the whole family, lay the set down and resume the game.
If the asked player does not have the card, it becomes his turn and he asks another player for a specific
card.
Play continues in this way until no families are separated among different players. The player with the
most cards wins.

• The Spanish education system progressively decentralized.
• The State responsible for basic minimum programme standards
(curriculum and qualifications) and the respect of the rights of
Spanish citizens in regard to education.
• wider space for independent decisions on the part of the
Autonomous Communities: adapt more effectively to changing
environments and changing policy priorities.
• The seventeen Autonomous Communities:
• administer school systems
• control over all non-foreign schools, public or private
• regulate school programmes beyond the minimum structure and
content determined by the State.
• school staffing, school support services, and grants to non-government
schools.
• Local government authorities and individual schools, a limited role:
• setting land aside for schools,
• upkeep of buildings,
• extra-curricular activities
• Over 90 percent of children aged four or five attend nursery school
and over 55 percent of students remain in full-time education until
they’re 18, with around 25 percent going on to vocational training
