2. Environment
 In Granada, each
house has a patio
with beautiful flowers
and a fountain.
 Each year there are
more than 250 days
of sun, which brings
many tourists to this
pretty place of Spain.

3. Early History
 In 711 d.C. the Moors
invaded Spain and
lived there for 700
years.
 Now, the city is half
Mora and half
Christian.

4. The Palacio
 The Palacio’s name is
Alhambra
 It is very pretty and
has many trees and
flowers.
 There are also many
reflecting pools.
 Twelve lions are
around the fountain.

 The Gitanos live in
caves in the
mountains in front of
the Alhambra.
 Many of them love to
dance for the tourists
that visit.

8. The Food
 The food is very
interesting in
Granada.
 They cure the hams
in the snow of the
Nevada mountain
range.
