How to link Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

How to link Google AdWords to Google Analytics Theresa B. Clarke, Ph.D. Professor of Marketing James Madison University

1. Log into your AdWords Account at http://www.google.com/adwords

2. Click the Reporting & Tools tab. Then click Google Analytics from the Dropdown menu.

3. Select “ I already have a Google Analytics account. Please link it to this AdWords account .”

4. From the Existing Google Analytics Account drop-down menu, select the name of the Analytics account you'd like to link to (you should see your site listed here). Keep the checkboxes selected on this page Click Link my account .

After completing the prior step, it should take you back to your AdWords page like the one below. And….

… you should receive a confirmation email like the one below. See Blackboard for how to receive credit for this assignment.
