“The documentation of the scope of the project should explain the boundaries of the project”. By default, work requires to be performed to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions. “This documentation may be referred to as the scope statement, the statement of work”. Generally, there are 3 main processes involved: 1) Planning : The planning process is when an endeavor is made to capture and define the work 2) Controlling : The controlling and monitoring processes highlight on documenting tracking, scope creep, tracking and Disapproving or approving 3) Closing: In the final steps, the closing includes an audit of the project deliverables. “A baseline should be documented and controlled”. A baseline in project management is a clearly defined starting point for your project plan. It is a fixed reference point to measure and compare your project’s progress against. This allows you to assess the performance of your project over time. “you will learn the fundamentals of the project scope, work breakdown structure, and performance managing baseline”.
