Introduction/setup

 Consultant was on site from load in (01-29)
 through load out (01-30) for two events
 Volunteer staff was on duty the duration of the
 daytime event
 Trained GGI team members were on duty for the
 evening event
 Waste material segregated onsite and weighed
 for metric reporting
 Material delivered to applicable back end
 vendors for processing

  Trash processed on site.
  Recyclables processed at local recycling
  facility
  Biodegradables sent to a local commercial
  composter (Gro-Well in South Phoenix)
  Food scraps delivered to a non-commercial
  pig farm in Laveen
  Food not touched by attendees went to a local
  food bank
