1. My name is Chris Rogers
I am really excited
to be the facilitator
for this course!!
Second Language Acquisition is full of possibility and
opportunity, and I hope that you will feel my excitement for
the subject and in my interactions with you.
4. I really enjoy teaching, and have taught undergraduate and graduate
courses in linguistics for about 6 years.
5. When I am not in the classroom I am usually somewhere in Central
or South America documenting native languages!
6. I really like what I do!!!! If you are interested you can find out more

7. I speak, use or write between 10 and 14 languages (and have
studied many more).
8. I have spent a long time learning to do what I do…but I love my
education and consider myself a life-long learner.
