This document proposes developing an iPhone application for Dun & Bradstreet to help build their brand, promote their services to potential clients, and provide an additional service for existing clients. The app would allow users to access Dun & Bradstreet's database and corporate information after logging in. Developing the app would cost 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due after design is complete. Upon approval, the design team would create initial concept designs within 10 business days.

10. Terms & Conditions
You will be required to pay the balance up to 50% of the revised total cost of
project, If, for any reason, you choose to terminate the iPhone application
development process during the design phase, iMobile-APP will keep the
50% deposit. If you decide to terminate the project after the design phase has
been completed (i.e. during the production phase), you will be obliged to
submit the full payment as outlined in the quote.
Concept Design
Upon your written approval of the proposal, iMobile-APP design team will
create an initial concept designs. The concept will include a sample app page
(or multiple pages, depending on the nature of the application) with general
marketing, branding, navigational and layout ideas. Concept designs will
serve as potential directions in which our team will further develop the site.
The files will be presented in sample apps, and will be delivered no later than
10 business days following approval of the proposal.
