Mock Ups
26. Strengths
Weaknesses
• Competition will be limited
as although there are
existing business magazines
that would pose a threat as
competition,
YOURBUSINESS reaches
out to the audience on a
community level connecting
with them more to develop
their skills effectively and to
build loyalty between the
magazine and its customers.
• Due to my audience being
restricted to northern
echo readers in the North
East, who are interested
in starting their own
business; my magazine
will not reach as many as
my national competitors.

How will these cause me problems and how will they affect my magazine?
Discuss the mock up process
Every magazine needs a retail chain to take the product from being a developing progress to a physical object that the audience can read. Because I have decided to make my magazine an insert in the Northern Echo I will not need to include a wholesaler or retailer in the retail chain of my magazine. The distributor of my magazine will be inter-media. I have chosen this company to distribute my magazine because of their one-stop service where they provide me with all the services I require without compromising on quality or price. Also, Inter-media distribute Franchise magazine witch has been very successful partner is a similar magazine to my own. This shows me that Inter-media would be able to help me better distribute my magazine as they have already got the experience with an existing business magazine.
