2. Date: July 16-18, 2007 Place: Plock, PL Number of People: 5 (3 first day) Total Length: 1700 m Time on Jobsite: 37 hours Actual Time: 15 hours This job was to make a water barrier to keep an excess of water from killing the grass alongside and near the road. The water barrier is not intended to be there when the road opens. Therefore, there’s no trench, no rebar, no glue put down first, the mixture is not exactly the same as usual and finishing was minimal. We used a 15X15 cm rounded mold.
3. Budimex-Dromex had most of the edges cleared so preparation consisted only of sweeping the sides to ensure it was free of rocks, etc. as well as putting a chalk line (we didn’t put one in one stretch due to the edge being straight enough to use as a guide) 1
