1. The Staff of Face Forward Organization Launches Pro-bono Initiative
Face Forward has launched a pro-bono initiative which aims to ensure that victims of
domestic and gang-related violence get the best care required for their internal and
external care and recovery. This initiative is targeted at women and children who lack the
financial wherewithal to afford the necessary treatment.
Face Forward, a Beverly Hills-based non-profit organization has launched a pro-bono
initiative with the objective of meeting the needs of women and children who have been
victims of gang-related or domestic violence. This initiative has come about as a result of
the escalating number of women and children being brutalized. Many of them fall into the
income bracket of those who cannot afford the requisite internal and external care to treat
the damage done to their bodies and restore to a good condition.
2. According to the spokesperson for Face Forward, the organization has this pro-bono
treatment as a key part of its objectives but is launching formally to make it known to the
entire public. “We are thrilled to inform the public of this initiative and hope that those
affected will step forward and get the help they need. Violence visited on women and
children seems to be on the increase and we feel the need to play a role in correcting the
situation. While we may be limited in curtailing the practice, we have what it takes to
ensure that victims get help.” She said.
She further appealed to well-meaning individuals to help the cause in various ways. “We
realize that it is not an individual effort but one that will only achieve the desired results
if we all work together for that purpose’. We are are indeed fortunate to have a great team
consisting of skilled surgeons and specialists and the results they have provided is indeed
gratifying.” She emphasized. She also highlighted the desire of the organization to press
ahead in the drive to accomplish its goal of ensuring treatment and total recovery of
victims of domestic and gang-related violence.
