4. Jigsaw Home Page 4 When you log in, you will always see your screen name, member rating, and point total. You will also be able to see the number of contacts and companies currently in the Jigsaw database

10. Contact Search 10 You can search for contact records under the “Contacts” tab

Contacts > Find Contacts 11 Using Find Contacts, you can narrow down your search criteria and choose multiple options on each drop-down menu by holding down the “Ctrl” key and clicking the options you want Once you have all the information entered, click the “Search” button and you’re on your way!

13. Contacts > Build a List 13 You can also search for contacts under Contacts > Build a List Using the List Builder tool, Jigsaw can do an exact match for Titles and Company names. Jigsaw can also match multiple contacts to multiple companies by uploading a CSV file. For more information on this, you can click on the green question mark

14. Contact Information 14 Once you purchase a contact, the full contact information will appear. If you find that the information is inaccurate, you can update the information by clicking “Update With Better Info” or by clicking on a “Quick Update” option and receive 5 points for your update You can also view other contacts at the company and recently added contacts You can export the contact directly to a vCard or CRM

16. Exporting Contacts: Jigsaw Cart 16 To view your cart, click on the cart icon at the top of the page To export all the contacts in your cart, click the “Checkout All” button. To export selected contacts, use the checkboxes and Checkout Checkout Selected

17. Exporting Contacts 17 You can export specific lists that you purchase under My Jigsaw > My Lists Once you have clicked the “Export” button, you can select the destination where you would like to export these contacts

My Jigsaw > My Contacts 18 All of the contacts you, or other members of your corporate account purchase will be stored under My Jigsaw > My Contacts You have the option to categorize your contacts to help stay organized Click on “Show My Team’s” to view all of the contacts that have been acquired by your team You can also export these contacts
