2. When I was four years old, my parents took me on my first plane ride.

3. We were going to the Colorado Rockies, which was my very first ski trip.

4. I learned to ski at Arapahoe Basin, a tiny resort in Summit County, Colorado.

5. At first I didn’t want to stay outside, sitting inside drinking hot chocolate seemed so much more fun to me!

6. As the week wore on, I was beginning to learn how to ski and loved it! I stopped wanting to drink hot chocolate and started wanting to be outside!

7. I grew to love skiing more and more since that first ski trip. A-Basin has become my favorite place to be and skiing has become my life!
