Prasad Chaubal worked closely with the author over the past year integrating their companies' software for their joint client GE. Prasad is conscientious, personable, and able to communicate clearly under difficult circumstances. While one employee suggested hiring Prasad, company policy prevented hiring someone key to a client's project without permission.

To whom it may concern:
I have worked with Prasad Chaubal over the last year or so. We were both software
suppliers to GE, and it was in that capacity that I worked with him. Our company
provided software to GE that Prasad worked on the integration work to GE
systems. Particularly since October 10th
of this year Prasad and I have worked much
more closely together to try to achieve a timely implementation for our joint client.
Prasad is conscientious and personable. He is willing to communicate his ideas in an
environment that was frequently combative and hostile, yet he retained his
composure and was polite to everyone even when that was not easy to do. Prasad
has been professional under very difficult circumstances, and would be able to
handle a great deal of stress.
Prasad communicates clearly both verbally and in writing. His documentation is being
used now as the basis for training his replacements.
One of my employees had even once suggested that we hire Prasad, but our
company has a policy of not hiring people away from a client without that client’s
permission, and Prasad was too key to the project for the client to provide that
permission.
Sincerely,
Philip Ewing
