             PROJECT STATUS: FINAL SUBMISSION

     TARGET YOUTH: COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
   TEAM MEMBERS: INITIALLY 11 in 2 UNIVERSITIES/COLLEGES
         VOLUNTEERING HOURS SPEND: NOT DEFINED
NUMBER OF YOUTH IMPACTED: MORE THAN 100 STUDENTS IN 10 DAYS
   PERIOD OF PROJECT : PERMANENT AND FULLY SUSTAINABLE

Behavioral Change Workshop
Target Group
 Those students who did hard work through out
  their academic career but could not bear the
  burden of university fees and expenses.
 Those young people who don’t have any financial
  issue as such but due to discrimination by society
  based on Race, colour etc or any other reason,
  developed negative point of views and didn’t find
  anyone who would listen to them and give
  answers to their unanswered questions.
 Those students who belong to rural &
  underdeveloped areas by providing them career
  counselling and connecting them to the
  professionals.
Project plan
We aim to :
 Arrange & Provide scholarships to deserving
  students.
 Find youth icons and connecting youth with them.
 Promote culture of non violence and peace
  through peer education and awareness.
 Bring positivity in youth to help them bring a
  positive change in their society.
 Provide physcological support by connecting the
  students to the volunteers of medical profession.
 Provide career counseling through experts of
  their fields.
How ?
 We will make our team consisting of young people from different
    professions and institutes.
   We will organize behavioural change workshops in universities
    and colleges to eliminate negative attitudes from youth and
    promote a culture of non violence and peace among young
    generation.
   We will organize working groups in universities under the
    supervision of mentors or teachers. Each group will then find
    students, who’d like to volunteer, by advertising through notice
    boards, pasting posters in universities and utilizing social media
    such as university journals etc
   We will find donors and also contact with different NGO’s
    working for same cause by using different means of
    communications like social media, news papers, university
    journals etc
   We will organize open meetings between donors and beneficiary
    students and also invite young icons to share their inspirational
    stories to motivate young people.
   The methodology is effective and by working on it we can easily
    reach the vulnerable groups (according to our project) of the
What we want ?
We want:
 To take steps for eradication of illiteracy from the
  society.
 To eliminate negative attitudes from the youth.
 To eradicate depression and frustration from youth.
 To promote the culture of non violence and peace
  among youth and society.
 To help youth in selection of right profession by
  providing career counselling through trained and
  professional volunteers.
 To eliminate the sense of discrimination from the
  society.
 To empower youth through education.
 It will open new dimensions in the social sector and
  will set examples for those who wants to work for the
  society.
Outcomes
 Development of healthy educated society.
 Youth empowerment through education.
 Promotion of culture of non violence and peace.
 Elimination of criminal and negative attitudes from youth and
  also from society.
FEEDBACK:
 Influenced more than 100 students within a week and they
  appreciated our efforts.
 At present we are financially supporting 2 students due to lack of
  financial resources.
 We organized a workshop last week to create awareness among
  youth about the power of positive attitudes and behaviors and
  got an amazing response to it.
 The project is innovative and in the long run it will become self
  sustainable as the beneficiaries of today will be the donor of
  tomorrow and will provide their support to the deserving students
  of their time. As we are emphasizing on Peer to Peer
  relationship not Donor -Recipient relationship, it means the
  donor who is donating through us, is adopting that individual and
