- 7.24 million unemployment citizen and other 34.29 million
citizen cannot get full-time job (Indonesia National Statistic Bureau)
- For us, meeting people who cannot access higher education is a
common thing with the common reason, financial difficulties. We want to
do something to overcome this problem.

- 53.88 million workers only have
elementary school education. With lack of
education, they cannot get proper full-time
jobs
- In contrast, only 5.91% university
graduate who still have unemployment status.
- only 3 of 50 of people who can access
education give higher education are poor youth. The other
come from relatively wealthier family.

4. Discover
- So, we come up with solution with the basic philosophy, the task is to get
things done. Task is everywhere but it always unevenly distributed.
- With a P2P platform, we believe the problem can be solved. Busy people can
post their shared task to the website platform and hire the student for just one
task each transaction. Students can earn money for their education funding and
daily needs. In the end, they have higher chance to avoid unemployment status
thanks to proper education.

people and rich people
- 10.000 young people and 20 campus in the first year of operation and
make them secure financially to get proper education and avoid unemployment
status in the future.
- 100.000 young people impression with our marketing effort in the first year
to make some of them become part of SyncTASK community
- Get shared task 10 hours per week on average
- Other success criteria is when more people find the opportunity to solve the
financial difficulties for education through SyncTASK and choose to continue
their education.
- Students who often use SyncTASK platform used to work. So, they will be
more ready to work in the real work place after they graduate. At the same
time, this will solve unemployment problem because of lack of skill.
