THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF THE ECONOMY AND A JOB MARKET:
• Globalization and delocalisation of industrial and agricultural
production to the countries with minimal labor cost;
• Financial crisis and recession, downshift in economic activity
5. EDUCATION
Young people need to enter to the job market as early as
possible to obtain a work experience:
1. Open access for all young people to high or trade school.
Revalorisation of working specialities, technical skills and
special technical education in the trade school,
2. Obligation to all of the University students to have half-
part work (or training) on future specialities in parallel
with University study
3. Foundation of special organisation in each University
helping to students to find this kind of training or job.
6. EDUCATION
1. Job market should be analysed precisely. Special
quotes and entrance examination for different
specialities should be introduced to decrease the
competition of young people at the job market in
special sectors of the economy (for example, service
sector where the unemployment rate is highest).
2. At the same time this will successfully increase the
quality of students and improve the final educational
level.
7. EDUCATION
Introduce special courses not only in Universities but
also in high schools and trade schools to provide a
job search coaching and the real updated information
about job market and self-presentation.
8. INDUSTRIAL INNOVATIONS
1. Invest to the new technology and decrease the time
interval between scientific discovery and
manufacturing: opening the new technology
incubators, a start-up companies and the industrial
parks;
2. Make the innovations closer to real life - increased
the number of students with some specialities like
scientific innovation and risk management.
9. Change business mode for the service sector of economy -
decrease of labor costs inside a country:
1.Active use of network
2.Office at home
