5. Youth Unemployment Solution in
4 Steps
1. Step – proposing this motion
Cities= 320
Every school shall have a counseling and Municipals=103
guidance office and a coordinating
psychologist to conduct the students identify Unemployment
Agencies 423
their qualities and potential in order to prepare
them appropriately for their future job. X
Unemployment Agencies must contract teams 2
on minimum 2 youth graduates to appropriately
fight unemployment issues in their areas. Their 846

• secondly to counsel the people and highlight s
their career opportunities
6. 2. Step – Counseling and guidance in schools
Our purpose is to hire well-trained
Counselors in schools and in the
Unemployment Agencies, who shall guide
and help develop youth people skills in order
to become better employees.
This initiative aims to increase the awareness
of youth ,through a gathering of areas in
which they could learn how to work.
The final purpose of this is to expand the
work area through a lateral expansion of the
capabilities of the young workforce, make
them acknowledge their strengths and
weaknesses and help them prepare
appropriately for their future job.

7. 3. Step - Counseling and guidance in
Unemployment Agencies
Unemployment Agencies will use Counselors in order to
create a faster and better approach to the unemployed
youth and a more careful selection of future long lasting
jobs which are pliable on their aptitudes.

Finding appropriate vacancies for the unemployed

potential recruiter
• Motivating them to find a proper job
and not take advantage of the
unemployment benefits
This step would force unemployed to look proactively
for a job and not in the detriment of the government
for a long period.

9. 4. Step -Incubators for the unemployed
This initiative aims at bringing together all
those able people with their ideas and skills in
order to give them that necessary instruction
on how to start and run a business, how to
gain financial support and how to be involved
as entrepreneurs in the local community. In this
way, the unemployed and mostly the
unemployed youth would feel fortified and
stimulated to proceed to the market for
workforce and create altogether value for
themselves, for the community and participate
in the war for unemployment and that of the
lack of workplaces. Employ to invest!
10. Pilot Testing of the Solution
for 3 months
