2. My dream job in 2022
• My dream job in 2022 is at a company that invents and
produces the newest technology
• Part of the team that works on the state of art technology
designs
• We don’t meet the needs of customers, we invent their
needs
3. Our office time and space
• We don’t have strict office hours
• It is not about being present at the office 9 hours a day, it
is about getting the job done and doing what we love
• Our team consists of different profiles with specific know-
hows. We have engineers,
economists, designers, lawyers,
environmental specialists,
writers and other artists
4. Current project: SMART ID cards
• Currently we are developing SMART ID cards
• We predict they will be used in 80% of the countries in the
world
• They carry all the information about a person and their
family (the family tree), education, their current and past
employments, criminal and medical records and also they
are used as bank cards especially for electronic
transactions
In order to achieve this goal not only SMART cards have to
be improved but also information systems, all the
information in one place, or on one card in this case
5. The future
• Office space will be very modern in the future, and look
more like recreational areas
• Companies will have to be very flexible
• Working from home will be common
• Technology and web-oriented, as well as company that
take care of environment and sustainability will dominate
the world
• The location will not be
an important factor,
because means of communication
will be very advanced

6. How to be the top employer in 2022?
• Young people would prefer companies where they can
advance, you should enable them to do so
• Employers will be motivated by doing the job they love
and are passionate about
• Companies that offer flexibility will be at the top of the
game
7. Valuable skills for the future
• Knowledge of technology
• To be open-minded
• Flexible and aware of the speed by which changes occur
8. Education
• Education should prepare people to express themselves,
to think critically and not be afraid to share their ideas
• Learning more practically
• Online learning will be an important asset in the process
of learning
9. Perfect day at school
• Students would be able to see the greater picture,
why do they need the knowledge
• Wouldn’t start too early, because sleepy people
don’t concentrate well
• School environment would be comfortable like a
home
• They would teach practical skills and encourage
