The “One-Stop” Center was created to facilitate streamlining of services applicable to the job seeker. Includes customers (job seekers) who have disabilities. Administered by the Governor, State Workforce Investment Boards, Local (or regional) Workforce Investment Boards.

- 12. Intensive “One-On-One” Services The career case managers provide individual career guidance to help create re-employment plans to meet YOUR specific needs. One size does not fit all, so an individualized approach is used to assist each person in tailoring their employment plan.
