abstract illustrative organization
between the Primary (blue, red and
yellow) , Secondary (green, orange and
purple) , and Tertiary (yellow- green,
red-orange, red-purple…) colours.

The typical colours are the Primary
Colours. Most wheels are formed by the
three primary colours, the three
secondary colours and the six Tertiary
colours.

3. Analogous colours
• Analogous colours are groups of
colours that are adjacent to each
other in the colour wheel.

4. How to make the Analogous
colour
• This colour tends to be a primary or
secondary colour, and two or either side
complementing, which tend to be
tertiary. Red, yellow and orange are
examples of Analogous colours.
