- OCW pageviews from Google Analytics\nThey liked the calendar and project materials\nThey liked having a complete, stable set of materials\nConfusion on assignment descriptions - my fault\nSome found going back and forth confusing, others had no problem\nThey were generally very positive on the setup\n
- Safari section view stats\nNearly all students chose Safari over paper books\nNone reported issues with e-reading\n
- Student feedback on other tools\nBox - liked the integration\nSome would have preferred DropBox\nND beginning institutional rollout\nIndiana U beginning work on LTI\nGoogle Docs - loved it\nGreat for group work\nWordPress - liked it as well\nFound it easy to use\nLynda - only a few liked or used it\nMany resented the cost\nFelt there were free tutorials out there\nSome would rather get assignment and look for videos \n\nThere were no suggestions for additional tools\n
- Metaphor worked very well for CAPP 30523\nBest evaluations in eight years!\nSakai-plus tool mix was successful\nAssignments - huge for “studio” classes, butneeds improvement for classes w/ many items\nUse assignment descriptions in Sakai only\nGradebook - a big hit\nTests & Quizzes - reading checks valuable\nExternal tools\nG docs - awesome\nBox - explore new options as it rolls out\nWordPress - some LTI problems\n\nSakai-OCW content mix: successful\nOCW - forced major advanced organization\nLynda - make it optional and \nexplain self-teaching alternatives\n\n
