Setting Up A Club
1. Go to Maintenance-Club
2. Click on New
3. Create New club and enter details
4. Un-tick default Club
5. Tick Membership (only 2 boxes are to be ticked. Membership and Active)
6. Select the amount of points per $ in Points Redemption (usually 1=$1)
7. Select SAVE

2. Setting Up the Product for the Club
1. Go to Maintenance-Products
2. Create Company called Memberships
3. Then in Product Group, create a new one called membership
4. Have Active & Show in POS ticked then SAVE
5. In the Product Item Details, create a new Product.
6. Here you enter in the same name for the product as the club name. For eg: Club Name is
mship $500 value $350 cost
7. Enter in the price of the item. Eg: $350 for the example membership above
8. Next enter the amount of memberships you want available in the Stock section.
9. Click the Copy to button so that the name of the membership appears in the POS screen.
10. Select the POS button number
11. Keep all appropriate boxes ticked.

4. Selling the product through POS
1. Go to POS
2. Select the Membership tab. This is located down in the products section.
3. The customer database will appear, select desired customer.
4. Complete the transaction

6. Set Club Points to customer
1. Go to appropriate customers details and select the Loyalty Club Points Tab
2. Click on the magnifying glass and select the membership purchased.
3. Add in the amount of points and reason, then SAVE.
4. Eg: for the $500 value $350 cost, you would enter in 500 points.

8. Redeeming Points
1. When in the POS with the customers desired products/services, their club points balance will
be displayed in the top right corner.
2. To use the points, add in the amount of points to use in the Club Points section in the
transaction type field.
3. Finalise the Sale.
PLEASE NOTE: You can look up the customers balance at any time by going to their details and
viewing the Loyalty club Points Tab.
