 Marble is a kind of stone
which is durable.
 Bronze is the most common
metal used in sculpture.
 Wood is cheap, available,
and easy to cut.
 Ivory are used for small
carvings like crosses, chess
pieces, and small heads of
small statues of saints.

7. Materials Used in Sculpture
 Terra cotta means
baked earth.
 In the Philippines,
other media used
are bamboo, adobe,
coral, and plaster.
