1. Each student shares a Dropbox folder with
the teacher.
Note: Teacher can organize the students folders in
their Dropbox as subfolders of a class folder.
2. Students open work in Dropbox and saved to
their folder.
3. Teacher opens the folder, provides feedback
using apps such as iWork, Notability, or
Explain Everything, and resaves in Dropbox.
Google Drive

1. Each student shares a folder with teacher.
Note: Teacher can organize the students
folders in their Google Drive as subfolders of a
class folder.
2. Students upload work to Google Drive
and save to their shared folder.
3. Teacher accesses the shared folder and
provides feedback. Google Drive saves
work automatically.
SkyDrive
- access and sync files from almost anywhere
Workflow with
SkyDrive
1. Each student shares a SkyDrive folder with
teacher.
2. Students work within the SkyDrive app and
save to their folder or send it to as shared
SkyDrive folder.
3. Teacher accesses the shared SkyDrive folder
and provides feedback, and resaves the work.
Note: If the teacher does not have a device that has
a Skydrive app, a browser can be used to view their
SkyDrive storage.
Evernote
Workflow for
Evernote1. Teacher, in a premium Evernote
account, shares a notebook with each
students and provides editing rights.
2. Students complete work in Evernote or
integrated apps (such as Skitch or
Penultimate), and save to the shared
notebook.
3. Teacher accesses the work, provides feedback
in Evernote or integrated app and returns the
work to the student’s shared folder.
