McManus, MD, FACC, FHRS‡ Abstract: Atrial fibrillation (AF) and heart failure (HF) frequently occur current evidence-based pharmacologic and invasive therapeutic together, and their coexistence is associated with a poor prognosis. AF and options for managing AF in patients with coexistent HF.
