Chana hits lower circuit on higher acreage
Cardamom ends up on fresh buying
Pepper and Jeera advance, Turmeric declines
Cardamom ended up on the back of fresh buying of new contract though its demand in
near term is still subdued. Chana tumbled down 4% hitting lower circuit on reports of
higher acreage coupled with higher supply. In spices, Jeera and Pepper advanced
adding marginal 111 pts and 95 pts respectively while Turmeric shredded trivial 18 pts.
