 Cooperation agreement between a governmental and a non
governmental entity
 It addresses mutual interests and leverages the particular
strengths of each partner. Typical areas:
 Awareness building campaigns of goy. through civil
society institutions
 Capacity development in cooperation with private sector
associations or operators
Example:
Training of farmers for adequate use of agrochemicals. Coop. between
