3. This bold and inspiring range
of wall and ceiling tiles,
manufactured from reclaimed
ship timber, is one of the stand-
out products in our extensive
Welland showroom.
Meaning“reborn”in Spanish,
the Renaza range is made from
century-old hardwoods, such
as teak and mulberry, and has
a truly unique look that can be
imaginatively used in a variety of
design concepts.
4. The natural variations in the texture and colour of the wood can be used to create
distinctive mosaic designs that are ultra-contemporary, and yet with echoes of
traditional house building techniques. The age of the timber is crucial to this, as
its exposure to the elements over literally a century means that it has soaked up
character in a way that modern materials can’t match.
We will be displaying both the Rustico and Silva collections, each of which has its
own distinctive finish. Rustico tiles have a more rustic feel, having been produced
with minimal tooling to create a seemingly unfinished look, ideal for both a loft- or
warehouse-style apartment or a traditional Adelaide cottage or villa.
5. Silva range tiles are more
polished and sleek, and
so complement both a
minimalist design in an inner-
city apartment or the family
and living areas of a more
established family-style home.
There are two mosaic sizes
in both ranges— 300mm
x 300mm and 600mm x
300mm—and the different
tile depths that are available
means that mosaic designs
can be highly personalised.
These tiles are produced
entirely from reclaimed
shipbuilding timber (as
certified by CSIRO), and so
no trees have been cut down
to produce them, creating
a unique combination—
tiles produced from entirely
natural materials that have
nevertheless been sustainably
sourced.
6. The Etic Range of timber-look porcelain tiles from leading Italian
manufacturer Atlas Concorde brings a distinctively decorative,
and yet entirely functional, look to a bathroom, pool area, or any
living space inside or out.
These tiles magnificently combine the timeless art of Italian tile
making with the look of natural, rustic timber to create stylish
matt or textured finishes in rich colours that faithfully reproduce
the grain and hue of aged wood.
There is strength, quality and versatility in these tiles, as is only
to be expected from one of the world’s premier makers, and they
create a feeling of warmth and sophistication at the same time.
7. There are seven different wood grains and patterns available
in the range, each with its own distinctive feel—Noce, Rovere,
Rovere Grigio, Rovere Bianco, Palissandro, Ulivo, and Ebano. The
matt finish tiles are decorated to produce an aged, lived-in look,
while the textured finish recreates a slightly more rustic, rough-
hewn style.
8. The 90cm long tiles come in three different
widths, which can be installed alongside
each other to recreate a parquet style floor.
To complement your design concept, there
are two styles of mosaic tile—Tatami and
Cassettone—that can be used as additional
decorative features.
9. We are the exclusive South Australian distributors for Australian
stone cladding manufacturer Veneer Stone, and can supply their
full range of limestone, sandstone, bluestone and slate stone
cladding.
Veneer Stone’s handcrafted cladding is ideal for installation in
both domestic and commercial premises and makes an attractive
and practical design feature inside and out. It looks fantastic
on interior feature walls and fireplace surrounds, as well as
on exterior facades and swimming pool surrounds, and as a
landscaping feature as well.
10. Stone cladding is available in a large range of formats and,
because it’s produced by hand with the colour being mixed into
the reconstituted stone during the manufacturing process, there
is consistency in the colours and changes due to fading and
exposure to the weather are minimal.
11. Stone veneer doesn’t stain and
minimal maintenance is required.
It’s non-combustible and extremely
strong and durable, making it ideal
for installation in high traffic areas
of the home. It can be applied to
any type of wall or surface, and
as it’s much lighter than natural
stone, there is no need to make any
structural alterations. This means
that Veneer Stone cladding is
extremely versatile, design-friendly,
and offers a cost-efficient alternative
to using natural stone.
