promoted penny auction sites as of late. It usually
means that they have some sort of financial backing
by some venture company with a lot of money.

Some of the basic rules of Ziinga auctions are as
follows:
- There are multiple auctions, all starting at 0.01.
Each bid adds to the price of the item you are
bidding on by 0.01. At the end of the auction, the
final bidder will win the item at that price.
