This document discusses the core of school librarianship and focuses on people, partnerships, and participatory culture. It emphasizes that relationships are the cornerstone of libraries and participation. Librarians can act as catalysts for larger change by disrupting traditional education models and growing a culture of participatory learning and literacy.
