•Do more than one internship or summer job in order to know differents areas
•Try to work with whatever you like at least in your spare time (it helps you to keep motivated in
life, at least)
•Talk to experienced professionals before entering in the market
•Visit enterprises by yourself to know the daily routine of them
•Talk to your boss to expose and expose what you like, in order to try to find a position taht
suits you in the company
•Be brave to quit your job and dive in another one
•Dig opportunities inside the company
•Take courses to learn different fields and chance your segments
•Never stop looking for other jobs opportunities in the segment you want
•Don’t saty more than 1,5 year in the field you don’t like... It will make it harder to change fields

in the last year
•Provide speeches about the routine of the professionals in each field
•Elaborate assignements closer to the real world in the companies (so the students could
have a bit more of the reality in each field)

•Summer courses in order to improve and go deeper in the fields of work
•Incentivate academic research
•Promoting the courses inside high schools so the students could know better before applying
to a program
•Promoting the courses inside the companies, so the employers could know for what the
student has been prepared for before hiring him/her
•Show the statistics of the graduates in the main comunication channel (where they are
working, in which field, their incomes, etc)

•Have a development plan for the juniors (including training)

•Challenge people’s skills (either social or academics)
•Practice follow up with their employees
