Steve Brown of Snaptic Inc. presented on augmenting the brain with Android technology. The brain's ability to process information declines with age and the need to process information is growing exponentially. Snaptic is developing an Android ecosystem modeled after the brain's neural network to allow users to easily capture and access notes, recipes, and other information on any device. Developers can create apps that connect to the open source Snaptic cloud and Android APIs to be a part of this networked knowledge architecture.

Smart notes for your smart phonePersonal content management that works like your brain
Snaptic is all about making it easy to capture information effortlessly from wherever you are, “snapping” stuff that matters to you from your favorite apps. Snaptic is smart notes for your smart phone, which we think of as a content management system for your brain. We want things easier on the brain in your head, by putting a brain in your pocket.Blah blah blah, and syncs it all in your own personal data cloud at snaptic.com
That’s you, in the upper left. And here is a look at your future. That’s me in the middle. That’s what you have to look forward to. So what can we do about this? I’m going to work with people who are a lot smarter than me and help them get the resources to succeed, and we are going to build technology that changes the trajectory of this curve to something like….. This.
For example, the fact that Dave’s Thai on the way to snowboarding in Tahoe is a great place to stop, but remember that 5 on 10 point scale of spicy at Dave’s is already really hot.
Right now, here’s where it goes: Lost

Extrapolate that out to web scale, this is what we have. No wonder we can’t get things done! The fact is, the systems we have created to capture and organize the information that is important to us don’t work and don’t scale. That’s not how our brain works.
We have known for over 50 years how the brain organizes information. It’s a network in which information is associatively linked in a graph
That’s where snaptic steps in, and like your brain, snaptic keeps your content in context, and connected
And in a similar manner, we and our developer partners are creating new connections so you can capture what matters to you. Through intents on android we create new blah…
