2009 Track an Overview
• Largest team ever in TMS History.
• Ironically, we do not have a track.
• South is where our home meets are
  held.
• A reminder that this is track and
  field.
• You will run….a lot.
• Only our strongest, most deserving
  athletes will make Varsity.
PIAA Track Rules
• Athletes may compete in 3 events.
• Can be any combination of running,
  throwing, jumping events.
TMS Track Procedures
• 1. Dress properly – Be prepared!
• 2. Bring Water!
• 3. Do not enter the building
  without a coach.
• 4. Report any injuries to
  coaches.
• 5. DO NOT MISS PRACTICE
  (unless you have a note and
  provide it to staff in advance)
Practice & Meet Schedule
• It is up to you to know the
  schedule, we have 200
  athletes.
• Full schedule posted on
  team website.
• Meet Schedule will now be
  distributed.
Team Website
•   Tamanend Track Website.
•   Practice tomorrow is 7/8
•   Thursday all athletes
•   Friday no Practice.
•   Be prepared to stretch/form/ go
    on a nice 3-4 mile run.

• 1. Blue Forms – DUE ASAP (you
  cannot attend meets with them)
• 2. Team Website Information
• 3. Clothing Order Forms (track
  suites available this year)
• 4. Uno’s Fund Raiser
Team Expectations
•   Put your best foot forward at all times.
•   Try your hardest.
•   Win, individually, and overall.
•   Have fun!
