Silent Generation – Grew through the Great Depression, WWII, and the Cold War. Mostly Characterized by a belief in common goals and a respect for authority. Baby Boomers – optimistic and idealistic. They tend to value education and consumer goods. Generation X – Not as easily categorized as the Bbers. Net Generation – The first cyber generation due to the birth of the PC and the internet. iGeneration – have grown up with the iPhone, iPad, iTunes, Wii, etc…
