Ghosts that have been relegated to the deeper rungs of Hell and who have lot of powers are instrumental in doing widescale harm to humanity can remain as ghosts for thousands of years.

When you call them you are invoking their desire to live in this world, • they here what you say. In a way you are disturbing their peace. This is not a good practice and one should avoid it.
