2. Beginning our City
There are several questions we must
answer about our city before we can
start the specifics of the project.
These questions include where our city
will be, when our city will be, and what
our energy source will be.
3. Where will our city be?
This is one of the most important
questions to answer. Where our city is
directly affects several other choices we
must make.
Since this year’s topic is runoff we must
choose a place that gets a decent
amount of rain.
4. When will our city be?
This question may sound strange but it
is very valid. The rules of the
competition require or city to be at least
150 years in the future. We need to
decide how far we want our city to be.
5. What makes up a city?
When you think of a city what comes to
mind? What makes a city a city? We
need to know what a city needs and
how we want to represent them.
With this question we must understand
key aspects of what is required for a
city to exist.
6. Futuristic Technology
We must remember that we have to
expand upon what technology we have
now. We must predict how this
technology will change and how we can
apply it to our city.
