2. Decisions
● Everyday companies around the world have to
deal with unethical situations that they will
have to face and then have to make what they
believe is the right decision for all parties
involved.
3. The Company
● The most unethical thing I have ever been
involved with was at a flooring company I use
to work for.

4. The Action
● Upper management thought they were above
the rest of the competition and could do
whatever they wanted. One year they were
trying to run a national promotion on wood
flooring trying to get more of the market share
on wood.
5. The Competitor
● Another national flooring store was for the
most part dominating the wood market around
this area, because they had the same wood
as us but were buying at a better price, so
they were able to sell a lot cheaper, which
gave them all the advantage they needed.
6. Deceived
● Another national flooring store was for the
most part dominating the wood market around
this area, because they had the same wood
as us but were buying at a better price, so
they were able to sell a lot cheaper, which
gave them all the advantage they needed.
7. Actuality
● Both companies had the same product but
had different names and boxes that the
product was packaged in, which allowed them
to advertise them as different product, and
customer wouldn’t know the difference.

8. Right Decision
● After everything that I had been apart of and
was watching this company do, I decided I
could no longer be apart of it and decided at
that point in my life it was time to move on.
