Manager of the Year KINNEY 5 Years out 8 years, I Won titles:
I set 4 personal sales records. I also won Assistant Manager of the Year.
The enthusiasm and energy I brought to the sales floor was felt by
shoppers and my sales teams alike. I inspired my sales people to compete
daily for bragging rights and of course weekly, monthly and for the quarter.
Criteria for selection included sales gains over prior year, profitability, audit
shrinkage, and people development, i.e. how many recruits did you hire, train &
promote out of your store. With KRAUSES I won several TOP OF THE REP RATE,
top monthly sales for the chain… I also took a nothing show room and with nothing
but creative displays and fresh sales blood increased gross sales from $1.7m to
$3.8m the firs year, with the street and parking lot torn up!

news papers for the Chicago Sun Times in the early morning
