   Retail Sales & Management (14 Years, the early year of Daily Mgnt Experience)
Manager of the Year KINNEY 5 Years out 8 years, I Won titles:
I set 4 personal sales records. I also won Assistant Manager of the Year.

    The enthusiasm and energy I brought to the sales floor was felt by
    shoppers and my sales teams alike. I inspired my sales people to compete
    daily for bragging rights and of course weekly, monthly and for the quarter.

    Criteria for selection included sales gains over prior year, profitability, audit
    shrinkage, and people development, i.e. how many recruits did you hire, train &
    promote out of your store. With KRAUSES I won several TOP OF THE REP RATE,
    top monthly sales for the chain… I also took a nothing show room and with nothing
    but creative displays and fresh sales blood increased gross sales from $1.7m to
    $3.8m the firs year, with the street and parking lot torn up!

    Prudential Chairmen's Award, Rookie of the Year out of + 3000
    agents, sold/closed $30m dollars in Income Property, Land and
    homes. Published in the Wall Street Journal..

    Chairmen’s Awards, 3x 100% Club – Neighbor Hood Beatification Award
    From Bluff Park Historic. During the 3 years I owned and operated the
    franchise we grossed just shy of $100m in sales. I operated an Escrow
    Company a finance company under the same roof as well.
    I developed and sold 13 custom homes, mostly scrapes, selling from $1m
    to $4m. We also retrofitted several Income Property’s. I have developed
    very nice formula that doubles GSI (Gross Scheduled Income)

        With Simplex (my Father was w/Simplex 35 yrs), for 3
    consecutive years I achieved #1 Gross Sales/USA all branches
    SIMPLEX, **ATLAS Sales – I bundled, integrated sold, installed
    and trained – product was new and use a “confuser”, no one in
    Branches knew about them….
        With SIEMENS I SOLD Federal, State, County and
    City’s. Won Award of JWA, John Wayne Airport Contract a
    $4m contract to start, finished +$20m, SOLD BofA Data Centers,
    Jonathan Club LA, Ronald Regan tower/Temple Federal Bldg, La
    Subway Terminal Condo Retro, Disney Convention Center and Marriot
    Towers, OC, Hilton Hotels, CHOC Hospitals, Metro State Hosp., Many
    Schools, UCLA, Playa Vista, Del Mar Station, Checkers Hotel, … long
    list of wins… ** ATLAS = Automated Time Labor Accounting System,
                           today we call it Work Force Management…

   Even as a youth, I was DRIVEN, I was a winner. Delivering
    news papers for the Chicago Sun Times in the early morning
    snow and cold from 3rd grade thru High School with motor
    routes when I turned 16 : I Won my First BIG trip selling
    subscriptions in 5th Grade to the Snake River, there after won
    trips to Hawaii, the Rose Bowl & Disney Land, 6 flags St.
    Louis and more.

   Cut Sales Teeth w/Door to Door Sales as a youth
    establishing discipline… SALES IS A CONTACT SPORT!
    Lesson learned well: Knock on 100 number of Doors per day
    and average 10 number of closed subscriptions. I SOLD over
    3000 Newspaper Contract from 3rd grade to Senior year

Lesson learned well: Knock on 100 number of Doors per day and average 10 number of closed subscriptions. I SOLD over 3000 Newspaper Contract from 3rd grade to Senior year
