4. Admin (Freelancer )
 Freelance designer or developer will be the admin
user of this software. Once the software is installed
and ready to use, start with adding clients. Each
clients will be given a login credentials to access this
project management tool. Then the admin user can
create projects for each clients. An email notification
will be send to both admin and the client for whom the
project will be added . Client, from his login, can add
further details to projects and assign daily tasks on
projects. Admin has to start the task and create
design or programs as requested in task. While
creating a task, a new thread is started, further
communication to accomplish the task will follow a
series of responses added to the thread from both
parties. After complation of task, freelancer can attach
the source files in zip format and add to the thread

 Client login is given as a seperate area. Clients
can also create project for his developer or
designer through this tool. After adding basic
details about the project, he will initiate the
development process by adding tasks. Project is

a discussion about the task and after completion,
client can see the attached files from the
