Did you know that more than 50% of the patients who visit the doctor, are as a result of stress. Did you know that the major problem for illness is stress? Since stress is a major problem, how can one resolve stress? Stress can be defined as the following “a state or condition resulting from such pressure or stain: suffering from stress”. In other words, stress is a pressure or a period of time where an individual is having difficulties that are suffering from stress. Stress is helpful for some people to motivate finish their work by the deadline. Yet, it can be helpful because it develops an individual’s personality skills by helping them find out how to overcome challenges. Stress can affect an individual negatively as a result of bottled up emotions. Moreover, a person can be affected in the physical aspect because if stress is too much to handle for a person it becomes an illness. Furthermore, stress can affect an individual spiritually, by decreasing their spiritual level. Therefore stress can affect an individual in various negative aspects that can prove to be detrimental to their life style. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Stress can affect an individual from an emotional aspect. It affects the person in an emotional aspect especially when an individual does not express their emotions. As a result it can lead to disease and illness. Based on this fact, the more the individual does not express the events that are happening in their lives or the causes that lead individuals to be stressed, the more stress affects individuals physically. Statistics shows that healthcare professionals believe that stress is the major problem for illness. This shows how much percentage of people are causing stress without acknowledging that the symptoms they are experiencing are those of stress. Therefore individuals should do activities that help relieve themselves from stress such as yoga. Furthermore, internal factors such as negative talk and pessimism can affect an individual from an emotional aspect. Based on the information that is presented, it is important to acknowledge the effects of negative talk and adopting pessimistic views. This is considering that it leads to emotional stress to develop. Therefore, as a result, individuals should not allow their low level of self-esteem to influence their personality. An action plan to resolve emotional stress causes is to express their emotions at the time of stress or difficulties. It can be by writing in the diary or expressing their emotions to a person who is trustworthy. Secondly, try not to put self-esteem of your personality down while acknowledge the achievements, awards that given. <br />Generally speaking stress can affect an individual in the physical aspect by causing them to be ill as a result of stress. Once inner emotion conflict is not solved it often causes physical illness. Based on this, if an individual does not solve a conflict that is caused as a result of stress they will be negatively impacted. When an individual is stressed over a routinely schedule due to work that is consistent, the body will react in a situation where it may be life threatening to an individual. Thus, an individual must avoid having consistent stress routine in order to avoid daily stress routine causes. When an individual has to make a tough choice or stressful decision an illness is usually the result. Based on the afore fact, there is a point in life where an individual has to make tough choice, and as a result of the decision that they make, they would be affected physically. Along with this fact, there is an example, once individual went to a skin doctor, and s/he had skin allergies, basically the doctor tell she first thing to do is avoid stress as mush as she can. As a solution for these issues an individual should avoid daily stress routine by making schedule for daily life. Secondly, when individual makes a decision, try to make brainstorm for advantages and disadvantages for each choice that individual is going to decide. Usually it’s helpful for individual to make a decision without any pressure or stress. <br />Stress can also affect an individual from a spiritual aspect. When an individual is in stress, eventually the level of Iman will decrease, because the individual is busy with work. Based from this fact, it proves that when an individual is stressed, they are usually focused with the work that s/he busy with, while s/he should not forget s/he spiritual aspect. “Stress is basically a disconnection from the earth, a forgetting of the breath. Stress is an ignorant state. It believes that everything is an emergency. Nothing is that important. Just lie down.” From this quote, it’s proves how an individual when in stress is, that s/he get disconnected from the world, and it proves that the more the individual is stressed, the more the individual is disconnected from the world. Moreover, if an individual is affected by stress for long period of time, generally an individual spiritual aspect will decrease as a result of stress for a long period of time. Based from this fact, it shows that stress have big impact on the individual's spirit, because as soon as a person is stressed s/he is totally disconnected from the world, therefore s/he does not have time to spend and meditate or read holy Quran to develop ones spiritual aspect of ones life. As an action plan, individuals should meditate and think what’s happening in their lives and think what they should do to improve it. Secondly, give a certain time period each day to read the holy Quran, and as individual try to understand and apply to ones daily life what s/he is reading. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Overall, stress can affect individuals in different negative aspects. Nevertheless stress can motivate individuals to develop their personality to face challenges. One must keep in mind that stress has more disadvantages rather than advantages. As a result of negative causes of stress, individuals will suffer emotionally if one keeps their emotions bottled up. Furthermore, stress can affect individuals spiritually because he is being disconnected from faith. Moreover, individuals can be impacted by physical stress in result of increasing emotional effects.
