– Only used to see who to blame
• Preferred ways of working still exist.
• Identify the pitfalls before the start of a project

3. What we made:
• Partners all get (the same) questionnaire:
– What type of software are you using?
– What kind of data formats can you handle?
– Why are you using BIM?
– What information do you need?
– How much details do you need in the model?
– What do you want in a modelcheck?
 Mapping the preferred way of working.

7. De prioriteitenlijst van gekozen modelcontroles (tijdens de bijeenkomsten,
clashsessies, of hoe we het ook willen noemen) is als volgt:

8. Bijeenkomsten
Het team komt met de volgende frequentie samen: -
Niet iedereen is het eens wanneer bij elkaar gekomen moet worden.
Er zijn de volgende keuzes gemaakt:
elke maand: 50%
elke week op …. Dag: 25%
elke maand: 50%
other: Indien noodzakelijk, iedere 2e kerstdag: 25%

9. Result
• System assembles a concept protocol;
• Problems are highlighted;
• Result is like a ‘discussion agenda’;
• in beta test now (in Dutch);
