9. Create a Post
Creating a post is a lot

message.
Key in the post’s title.
Then key in the post’s
text.

automatically saves
your posts as you type
them.
10. Formatting Your Post’s Text
Formatting your post’s text is much like formatting
text in Microsoft Word or Outlook.
You can add pictures, change fonts, add hyperlinks,
check your spelling, and much more.
11. Publish Your Post
Key in any appropriate labels.
Scroll down and click on Post Options
This lets you choose if you want to allow people to post
comments to your blog post.
You can also set the date and time your post will be
published.
Then click on the orange “Publish Post” button.
12. How do I edit what I've written?
You can edit your posts from the Posting | Edit
Posts tab.
From there, click the "Edit" link next to the post you'd
like to edit:
13. That will take you to the posting form, where you can
make any changes you like. When you're done
editing, be sure to Publish your post:
14. How do I delete a post?
To delete a specific post, first go to your blog via the
Dashboard, then locate the post you'd like deleted,
and click the Delete link all the way to the right:
15. How do I post a picture to my
blog?
You can now upload photos to your blog(s) using
Blogger Images; just click the image icon in the post
editor's toolbar.
16. When you click this icon, you'll get a window that
allows you to select an image or multiple images
from your computer. Click the Browse button to
locate the ones you want. Alternatively, you can
enter the URL of an image that's already online
and insert it into your post.
17. If you click the link to choose a layout, you can
customize the way your images will appear in your
post:
The left, center and right options determine how the
text of your post flows around the pictures. The size
option lets you scale the pictures to different sizes within
this posting area. Note that the picture will still be
uploaded in its full size; this option just determines how
it's scaled within the content of your post.
18. How do I post a video to my
blog?
If you've got your own videos on your computer that
you want to share on your blog, Blogger now allows
you to upload video directly!
1. Click the video slate icon on the post editor
toolbar.
2. In the popup window, click "Browse" to find the
video on your computer.
19. Embedding a YouTube Video
If you'd like to share a video from YouTube, you can
do that, too.
To embed a video from YouTube, just copy the code
from the "Embed" box on the video's YouTube page.
You can find the "Embed" box in the "About This
Video" box when you're watching the video. You can
also get the code from the "Embed HTML" box on
the "Edit Video" page if the video belongs to your
YouTube account.
To embed a YouTube video within a blog post, first
click "Edit HTML" from within the post editor. Next,
paste the video's code into the body of your post.

Click on the “View Blog”
link or tab, or

to your blogspot
address.
