All assignments and journals must be submitted by 11:59 the
night before class.
1. You must complete and journal all your miles before 12/19
2. You can only receive credit for a maximum of 12 miles in any given week
3. You can only “overwalk”(get credit for 12 miles in a week) 3 times during the semester
4. Journal will have a maximum point possible of 15 points, you will receive one point for
each mile walked plus one for each of the following components of completeness.
a. Date of your walks
b. Time of day you began and time you ended
c. Distance walked
d. Location of walk
e. Beginning and ending heart rate
YOU MUST SUMMARIZED YOUR TOTAL MILES WALKED TO DATE ON EACH JOURNAL
If you make more than one entry into the journal in any given week each of the components
must be included in each entry.
