Deliver your product’s

Be precise about your value proposition…
Customers are clever.. Give them some credit !

Take the burden off the user… for a while..
Give a little more than the customer expects…
Doesn’t have always be highly functional…
Associate your brand with
a unique product feature
A feature can become a brand evangelist…
Don’t follow the crowd… stress on little details…
Doesn’t have to be proven before…
A few thoughts on how this can be done…



   • Start with the user insight from your research
   • Design an experience and not a technology system
   • Keep going back to the user to verify your concept
   • Keep going back to the user insight
   • Have a ‘unique feature’ to get people talking
