Acting as a liaison between Brand principles and the local franchise partner to ensure that the
requirements all the stakeholders are met, while maintaining the Brand standards and design
intent.
Monitoring design modifications and changes to concept, production and coordination of design
documents by peers and other parties to ensure accuracy of details, dimensions and over all

Responsibility:
As the Head of Design Team, leading the design team to provide hands‐on leadership for
establishing, interpreting, organizing and executing the conceptual design of a project by
utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment.
Creating and developing innovative design solutions to complex problems those are practical,
aesthetic, safe, and conducive to intended purposes and function.
Reviewing and commenting designs in order to meet the requirements and standards of the
stakeholders, viz., Mall Management, Brand principles and the tenant.
Managing innovative and cost effective delivery of interior design across multiple retail business

Leading a team of designers and draftsman to manage design projects from concept to

Achievements:
Lead Designer for some of the successful Retail brands like Homes r us, EROS Digital Home,
Kenneth Cole which have been showcased in the ‘Super brands’ UAE volume, 2014.
Successful in creating new Concept Designs and brand identity and face‐lifting for various retail
outlets in a very prestigious shopping mall like Dubai Mall, Marina Mall, Festival City.
One of the few Retail Architects to obtain faster concept design approvals in the successful opening
of 7 retail outlets at Mirdiff city centre. Recommended by various Mall Retail Design teams
including, EMAAR, MAF (Majid Al Futtaim) consistently.
Worked closely with some of the major Retailers in the market including Landmark Group,
Apparel Group, Lals group, EROS group, Bukhowa Investment group, Vetra Investments, Belhasa
group ,Rosy Blue.
Worked in collaboration with some of the reputed International Shop fitting companies like
Visplay, Gibam shop, SGF, Cubix etc., for various large scale and boutique retail stores.
Created new brand identity and worked on concept design enhancement for various well‐known
international brands like Austin Reed, Kenneth Cole, MBCO, Vanellis, Pad Thai, Baja fresh, etc.
Travelled extensively across the Middle East countries viz., Oman, Qatar, K.S.A, Bahrain, Kuwait
and Lebanon to coordinate and supervise the successful implementation of the various retail
stores.
Visited some major Retail Shop fitting factories in China for enhancing the shop fitting Design and
approving the work shop mock ups.
