be achieved, when professionals, children and parents are
collaborating together.

1. Clinical examination including:
•Measure head circumference
•Assess the fontanels
•Body temperature
•General condition
•Assess the wound
•Deformities?

2. Wound care:
•Keep it clean, use “Normal Saline” for cleaning open
wounds and cover with sterile dressing
•Keep wound open, when Baby is not laying on
No preventive antibiotics, without clinical
signs of sepsis, like fever or other signs
of infections

CBR Centre
•Provide information material about SB/HC
•Discuss financial matters
