Ryan Miller proposes a feasibility study to resolve parking issues at the College of Applied Science by looking at adding more parking spaces and reducing the cost of parking passes to address problems of students being late, stressed, and receiving parking violations from full lots and an overused shuttle. The study will research parking rates, interview stakeholders, and ensure any solutions are financially viable and implemented by Fall Quarter 2010 with approval from CAS administration.
