Insomnia
●   Insomnia resulted in fatigue and continuous
    tiredness in your body.
●   It is a big problem for many people.
●   We will look at some suggestions on how to
    deal with insomnia, what is the causes and how
    to cure it once and for all.

●   What causes you to wake up in
      the middle of the night?
●   If you are waking up in the night to go the toilet,
    then it is advisable not to drink any water after
    6pm.
●   Therefore, you could flush the water out from
    your body before doing to sleep.
●   However, if the situation doesn't improve, it
    could be due to a urinary tract infection.
●   Then, it is advisable to visit a doctor for a health
    check up.

●   Another common reason for waking up in the
    night is stress.
●   You have something bothering you in your mind
    and could not rest when you wanted to sleep.

●   Sometime, the more you want to sleep, the more
    difficult you get to sleep.
●   It is the law of attraction in play.
●   The more you focus on things that you do not want,
    you attract what you do not want.

    focus on the sensation of having good sleep.
●   Believe yourself that you will be able to sleep and
    regain your energy everyday you wake up in the

●   Relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga
    etc is a good way to help you to relax.
●   The more relax you are, the easier for you to
    sleep.

Food
●   Always eat healthy and nutritious food.
●   Good food gives you good energy.
●   You are what you eat.
●   Healthy diets will improving your sleep without

●   You need to stay away from stimulants in food
