Theme for my comments are “epic win” – a gamer term for the best possible outcome, and being the Director of games R & D at IFTF I’m interested in trying to imagine epic wins for humanity over the next decade, what are the best possible scenarios for our future, and how can we make them happen. So when I think about a public forum, maybe perhaps as opposed to the idea of a space for rational discussion and debate, I think of it as a space for exuberant discussion and debate, a space for optimistic goal-setting and social imagination.
